Account Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud and may result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
3.2 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify our support team. 33kkk is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring or lending your account or account credits to any other person is strictly prohibited. Such activity will result in the permanent closure of both accounts.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Policy

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
33kkk offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳8,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳80,000 before making a withdrawal. Different games may contribute differently toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- Bonus offers are for personal use only — bonus arbitrage or misuse is prohibited.
- 33kkk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus program at any time.

5.4 VIP Program
The 33kkk VIP program has three tiers. You move up based on your activity and loyalty:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%, special privileges and priority support.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%, exclusive offers and a dedicated account manager.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
33kkk is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on our platform are powered by verified technology. Results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no party can manipulate the outcome.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game result is affected by a technical error, internet disconnection or power outage, that round may be declared void and the bet will be refunded. Incorrect balances or winnings displayed due to a system error are not valid.
